Tuesday 16th

“Beat the Blues” continued today with students thinking about what brings them joy. The world isn’t always the easiest place to live in, but being able to find moments of joy, even when things are hard, can make a big difference. The students were encouraged to think about what makes them smile, and, what or who cheers them up when they’re feeling sad.

“The so called little things are not a small part of a happy life. They mean a lot even if they may not always look important.”
