Remote Learning

Dear Parents and Carers,

As you will now be aware we have had to close the school today due to the unexpected heavy snowfall. A very small amount of staff managed to make it on site this morning with lots of staff unable to get into school at all - it has been an incredibly complex morning!

Staff who have managed to safely return home will be setting remote work for students via Google Classroom in the same way that we have done before.

Students safety is our first priority, and this is the same for staff too, so please understand that some staff will still be making their way home and some may not be able to get home for some time, resulting in delays of work being set.

We will update you with more information regarding the school being open on Friday 22 November. At this stage we anticipate being open but we will continue to monitor the safety of the site and safe travel for students and staff.

Please assume that school will be open on Friday 22 November.  If we do need to close the school we will inform you as soon as we can from 7.30 am.
